Bertil Different Background

Professor Bertil Wiman, President of the Congress

Bertil Wiman is Professor Emeritus of Fiscal Law at Uppsala University, Sweden, and former Director of the research foundation Uppsala Center for Tax Law. His primary research interests are domestic, EU and international aspects of individual and corporate taxation. Wiman is a founding member of the European Association of Tax Law Professors (EATLP), and has also served as its Treasurer and as its Chairman. He has been Vice President of global IFA and chairman of the Swedish IFA Branch, and is a member of the International Tax Group (ITG).

Ulrika Gustafsson Myslinski, Chair, Sweden IFA Branch

Ulrika Gustafsson Myslinski is a Lecturer of Tax Law at the Royal Institute of Technology, KTH, in Stockholm. She has taught for 20 years at several Swedish universities and also worked at the Swedish Ministry of Finance. She is Chairwoman of the Swedish IFA Board and has previously been a member of the IFA Supervisory Board as well as YIN Committee. She was a cofounder of the Global YIN.

Jérȏme Monsenego, PSC Representative

Jérôme Monsenego is Professor of International Tax Law at Stockholm University, representative of the EATLP on the European Commission’s Platform for Tax Good Governance, and co-Chair of the IFA European Region. He was Chairman of the Swedish branch of the IFA between 2018 and 2024. His research focuses primarily on the European and international dimensions of the taxation of multinational enterprises.

David Kleist

David Kleist is Professor of Tax Law at the University of Gothenburg. His research primarily focuses on international tax law and corporate taxation. Professor Kleist holds several leadership roles, including chairman of the Tax Law Association in Gothenburg, board member of the Swedish branch of the International Fiscal Association and the Nordic Tax Research Council, and serves on the scholarship board of the law firm Vinge.

Haider is a tax lawyer, working as a tax director at a multinational group, headquartered in Stockholm. Haider has over 10 years' experience in international corporate tax. He is the treasurer of the IFA Sweden branch and has authored two Swedish national reports for IFA.

Camilla Maartmann , YIN representative of Sweden and in Global YIN

Camilla Maartmann is a tax advisor at Skeppsbron Skatt and has previously worked in tax law at the law firm Mannheimer Swartling. Camilla holds an LL.M. from Uppsala University, specialising in Swedish and international corporate taxation. She plays an active role in the tax and legal community, being a member of the Global YIN Committee and secretary of the Swedish IFA Board.

Eleonor Kristoffersson

Elenor Kristoffersson

Eleonor Kristoffersson is Professor of Tax Law at Örebro University, Sweden. She serves as the Swedish representative in the Women of IFA Network (WIN), where she works to promote visibility, inclusion and professional exchange among women in the international tax community. Her research focuses on national and value added tax law, comparative tax policy and the intersection between taxation, crisis management and societal transformation. She frequently publishes and lectures internationally and is actively engaged in cross-border academic collaborations, including within the MIRAI network. As Swedish WIN representative, she is committed to strengthening international dialogue and supporting the next generation of women in tax.
